Kasenna, the IPTV Company, will showcase its full range of IPTV and video-on-demand (VOD) solutions at the IBC show in Amsterdam on September 9-13, 2005.
Kasenna Solutions in Partner Booths
Highlighting the interoperability of its MediaBase XMP server software, MediaBase server hardware, vFusion network management software, and LivingRoom client application and middleware solutions, Kasenna will demonstrate its products at four locations throughout the show.
"Kasenna brings high performance and seamless integration between its products and best-of-breed IPTV security, application, and portal interface solutions," said Mark Gray, Chairman and CEO of Kasenna. "IBC attendees will see in person how our products deliver complete IPTV solutions along with products from IBM, Widevine, Espial, and Thales."
IBM (stand 2.120) will showcase Kasenna's MediaBase XMP video server software, vFusion video network management software, and LivingRoom video services application and client interface software in a demonstration of an IPTV broadcast transformation and market convergence solution based on products supporting open standards.
At the Widevine Technologies stand (number 1.510) Kasenna will demonstrate its MediaBase XMP software and MediaBase server hardware solution with Widevine's Cypher® Suite of conditional access and digital rights management solutions. Widevine Cypher Suite enables telco, cable, satellite, and internet service providers to cost-effectively deploy all the services of a thriving Pay TV operation: broadcast, VOD, PVR, network PVR, SVOD, and more, while meeting the strict security demands content owners demand to keep their content protected.
Kasenna's MediaBase XMP, MediaBase and LivingRoom products will also power a demonstration of Espial Evo client middleware at the Espial stand (number 4.374). Espial Evo provides IPTV client middleware and applications such as EPG, Portal and VOD. These products provide operators with the ability to create Beyond Brandable user interfaces and achieve vendor independence via standards and open interfaces as demonstrated by the integration of Kasenna LivingRoom server middleware with Espial Evo client middleware. This joint solution will provide the operator with the ability to Own the IPTV Subscriber.
At the Thales stand (number 8.171), Kasenna MediaBase XMP will be integrated as part of an end-to-end IPTV system that also includes Thales' Interactive TV and EPG solutions.
