UBS's Tenth Annual Global Communications Conference begins today at the Grand Hyatt in New York City and runs through Thursday, November 17. The conference will feature presentations from chief executive officers and senior managers representing more than 50 global telecommunications services and technology companies.
The global communications industry has undergone radical changes in telecommunications including the impact of deregulation, consolidation and new technologies. The outlook for the next few years will give rise to new markets, heightened competition and a wealth of new companies, products, and services. The UBS Global Communications Conference will provide investors with insight on opportunities and challenges facing the industry.
"The entire communications food-chain - service providers, equipment suppliers, component manufacturers and contract manufacturers - will be presenting at the UBS Communications Conference," said UBS Wireline Equipment and Data Networking analyst Nikos Theodosopoulos.
