Do you have IPTV in the U.S.?

We are looking for individuals that have IPTV service or are in an area to receive it from one of the current deployments in the U.S. (Consolidated Communications, Surewest, Pioneer Telephone, or one of the providers in Utah) We are working with an organization to gather some information for an IPTV benchmark study.
