BroadRelay, Inc., a Philadelphia-based technology, media and entertainment company, and a wholly owned subsidiary of BroadRelay Holdings, Inc., announced the launch of its new Chinese-language online entertainment channel under the "
SIVOO" brand name. The Company also announced the signing of a three-year agreement with the Silk Road Company for additional programming to be added to the channel in the near future. This content includes 8 - 12 hours of unique television programming from China daily, including news, music, sports, variety shows, children's programming and political news. BroadRelay has the exclusive international broadband distribution rights for each day's programming for six months.
Movies currently appearing on "SIVOO Chinese" include such well-known titles as "In the Mood For Love," "2046," "House of Flying Daggers" and "Hero" and feature many well-known actors such as: Tony Leung, Andy Lau, Leslie Cheung, Stephen Chow, Wong Kar Wai, Zhang Ziyi and Maggie Cheung. The channel includes selections in Cantonese and Mandarin, many with traditional Chinese, simplified Chinese and English subtitles.

BroadRelay currently has agreements with international content providers covering hundreds of movies in 17 languages. SIVOO's first offering, a Spanish-language pay-per-view movie channel, was relaunched in December 2005.
