Tut Systems, Inc., an industry leader enabling the delivery of next-generation data and video services over broadband networks, today announced that it is jointly sponsoring the inaugural IPTV Forum in Miami, Florida February 6th and 7th with other industry leaders including Siemens and Alcatel.
The event, which is being held at the The Sofitel Miami Hotel in Miami, will include an in depth case study presentation by Tut Systems' Vice President of Corporate Development, Craig Bender, and will also showcase Tut Systems industry-leading MPEG-4 AVC solutions for encoding and transcoding. The presentation will draw on Tut Systems' pioneering seven-year history in IPTV deployments and will discuss the evolution of IPTV deployments via several case studies. The case studies will highlight the business and deployment models telcos have taken to roll out video services during the early adoption phase of the IPTV market.
