Magicweb, Inc. announced that it had begun taking orders for its new multi-channel Internet Broadcast Server ("IBS") which utilizes the Company's proprietary "EnterVision" Internet television broadcasting system. The Company also announced a joint-venture demonstration project for this new system with Debt Relief Solutions, Inc. of Islandia, NY ("DRSI"), which will use the IBS system to broadcast educational and informational television programming to its clients and the general public during a sixty-day trial commencing in April.
The joint-venture agreement will allow DRSI to broadcast up to four channels of broadcast-quality television programming via a link on its corporate website under a technology license granted by MagicWeb, Inc., together with an option to lease the system upon the expiration of the demonstration period. The broadcasts, which will include live studio video as well as pre-recorded DVD video content, will be available to the public as well as to clients of DRSI. The broadcasts can be viewed via the Internet on virtually all home and portable computers anywhere in the world without the requirement for any specialized software, with best results being obtained by computers with broadband Internet connections.
"We are excited about our new relationship with Debt Relief Solutions, and expect that this demonstration project will showcase the many commercial and educational applications of our revolutionary IPTV technology," said Kevin McDonnell, Director of Business Development.
