Media Excel, Inc. announced today the immediate availability of its SoftStream IP-STB 3000, an H.264/AVC Internet Protocol Set-Top Box (IP-STB) reference design and evaluation system for Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) and Digital Home Digital Media Adaptors (DMA) applications.
