3P Networks Inc. announced the launch of its primary platform, IPTV, Voice and Data (triple play telecommunications) services, for the multi-family dwelling (MDU), hotel, resort and health care markets.
3P Networks offers a unique value proposition by empowering property owners to administer and provide data and communication solutions to the residents and guests of their multi-dwelling buildings. 3P Networks solutions enable property owners, strata/home-owners' associations and developers to become the exclusive communications providers for their properties and share in the revenues from the services offered. Recent changes in regulatory environments, both in Canada and the United States (CTRC/FCC), have allowed this unique opportunity and 3P Networks expects to have both an early-mover and a competitive advantage.
3P Networks' multi-dwelling unit (MDU) approach ensures a highly cost-effective way to provide bundled telecommunication services to building tenants, primarily because subscribers can be added quickly and support costs are greatly reduced. MDUs house many subscribers in one location, which reduces the amount of equipment and number of lines required to connect them. Competitive pricing and revenue sharing fosters an environment for the granting of long-term contracts with a captured market of subscribers. The Company expects to offer bundled services that will include television, voice and internet access with a single point of billing, to be offered at rates below those of current incumbent Telco's and CableCo's. 3P Networks initially intends to offer this bundling to select property developers in defined markets (primarily in Western Canada and USA).
In conjunction with this launch, 3P Networks will issue 25,000,000 restricted shares to various founders of the 3P Networks business model who will transfer the intellectual property relating to IPTV and network deployment to the Company. The founders remain with the Company in both managerial and advisory capacities.
