Orca Interactive will now market
CodeBaby's IPTV Customer Care Solution as an enhancement of its RiGHTv open middleware platform for delivering and managing interactive TV services. Operators and service providers choosing Orca's RiGHTv solution can now include the interactive customer care and customer training capabilities to support IPTV end users efficiently and drive customer adoption of advanced, next generation IPTV applications and services, while reducing the need for customers to talk to live agents when they need support.
Orca Interactive selected CodeBaby for its reputation in deploying successful e-care virtual agents for leading telcos and broadcasters, and for the ease of deployment of these virtual agents. CodeBaby will become a member of Orca's Interactive Alliance partner program. Orca Interactive seeks to partner with best-in-breed solutions such as CodeBaby to promote cooperation among IPTV industry leaders and provide comprehensive future-proof solutions.
