Juniper Networks service provider edge routing portfolio features the M-series Multiservice Routers and the E-series Broadband Services Routers that uniquely combine best-in-class IP/MPLS capabilities with unmatched reliability, performance and service flexibility. The M-series enables providers to consolidate multiple networks onto a single IP/MPLS infrastructure, while simultaneously generating new revenues with services such as Voice over IP (VoIP). Juniper Networks E-series Broadband Services Routers are a central component of the broadband edge and are deployed in some of the largest IPTV and multiplay networks in the world.
The T-series product family delivers the unique combination of advanced routing features, best-in-class IP/MPLS capabilities, as well as unmatched reliability and scale to make it the ideal platform for high capacity core applications. With TX Matrix technology, the T-series provides a seamless migration path to enable providers to scale to multi-terabit speeds. The T-series leverages JUNOS, the industry's only operating system that combines proven reliability with a development cycle that ensures continuous, non-disruptive feature and functionality enhancements.
The Juniper Networks M-series platform is also an ideal enterprise routing solution for head offices, campuses, data centers and corporate backbones requiring reliable, secure and high-performance IP WAN connectivity, Internet access and services. Unlike legacy routers which have monolithic architectures and aging operating systems, the multiservice routers utilize a hardware-based architecture and the modular JUNOS operating system. This architecture ensures rich packet processing with uncompromising forwarding performance to support latency sensitive applications such as voice, video, and other mission critical applications. Together with the J-series, the complete portfolio of Juniper Networks enterprise routing products enable customers to consolidate multiple services onto a single IP/MPLS network while delivering performance, reliability and security to the enterprise environment.
