Swisscom has selected IneoQuest's IQPinPoint Multi-dimensional Video Quality Management System to manage end-to-end video quality throughout their advanced IPTV video delivery network, Bluewin TV. The IQPinPoint system deployed by Swisscom utilizes the IneoQuest family of network probes including IQMediaMonitor for head-end and core, as well as the new Cricket family of probes for network edge to the customer premise and the iVMS, the industry's first multi-dimensional video quality management system designed to remotely monitor and automatically troubleshoot video quality across the entire network.

Bluewin TV offers a diverse range of services combined with a set of intelligent tools. These include an electronic program guide with details of current and upcoming programs, a live pause function, and easy-to-use programming functions for program or serials via remote control, mobile phone or the Internet. With Bluewin TV customers can select a basic offer of Live Events and rent films directly out of a Video on Demand platform.
