Mirror Image Internet announces its partnership with Wowza Media Systems to deliver high-performance streaming via Wowza Media Server Pro Advanced. Wowza Media Server Pro Advanced is a high-performance, extensible and a fully interactive multi-protocol media server for live and on-demand streaming, chat, and recording. The product enables companies to use streaming protocols that work with Microsoft Corporation’s Silverlight, Apple Incorporated’s iPhone, RTMP for Flash, RTSP/RTP for QuickTime, and MPEG-TS for IPTV set-top boxes.

As live, on-demand, and interactive media streaming becomes widely deployed across a broad range of websites for a variety of purposes (i.e. advertising, entertainment, news, etc.), Mirror Image recognizes the importance of offering its customers flexibility and choice.
