SeaChange is participating in next month’s
CommunicAsia exhibition in Singapore to demonstrate and discuss an unparalled range of innovations and services, including its latest IPTV service launch with Smart Digivision’s MyWay TV in India. With a major research and development facility in Shanghai and significant regional operations in India, Japan, the Philippines and elsewhere, SeaChange has played a major role in the digitally driven evolution of Asia Pacific’s television industry for more than a decade.
SeaChange’s ongoing success in advanced television is underscored by its recent rollout of MyWay TV, a comprehensive new IPTV service introduced by Smart Digivision, which is being delivered over the networks of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. and Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd. Aimed at millions of subscribers across India, MyWay TV encompasses an on-demand library of DVDs, music and games; 150 broadcast IPTV channels; and convergence services for integrated e-mail, live e-mail chat, news ticker and railway information. As the principal integrator, SeaChange orchestrated the IPTV launch with deployments of its TV Navigator middleware, electronic program guide, video-on-demand systems and settop box applications.
The MyWay TV experience, based on TV Navigator, will be featured at SeaChange’s booth (4K3-05) during CommunicAsia. In addition, the company will be demonstrating its Axiom On Demand content delivery platform, which is responsible for serving billions of on-demand television streams every year, along with the AdPulse dynamic VOD advertising system.
Throughout Asia Pacific, SeaChange provides the platforms and professional services for breakthroughs such as KDDI’s on-demand television wholesaling business, NTT Group’s IPTV VOD platform, CJ Hellovision’s on-demand service and many others.
