The TelcoTV 2010 Vision Awards call for entries is now open. Submissions for these prestigious industry awards will be accepted until October 13, 2010. Recognizing outstanding leadership and innovation, the 3rd Annual TelcoTV Vision Awards will be presented at the ninth annual TelcoTV conference and expo in November 2010.
"As the competitive landscape for telecom service providers increases in complexity, video continues to be the cornerstone of a multiservice bundle. The TelcoTV Vision Awards honor the vendors and service providers who are driving the TelcoTV market forward with solutions that enable consumers to experience TV like never before, while helping service providers profit in a multi-screen world," says Joseph Braue, SVP and Group Director of UBM TechWeb’s Light Reading division, which co-produces the event with the National Telecommunications Cooperative Association. "Being recognized as a finalist is a great opportunity to gain optimum exposure at what has long been recognized as the leading industry event for converged entertainment."

- Innovation in Broadband Access Networks
- Innovation in Conditional Access
- Innovation in Customer Premises Equipment
- Innovation in Test & Measurement
- Innovation in Middleware
- Innovation in Encoding
- Service Provider's Innovation Award – 10,000+ Video Subscribers
- Service Provider's Innovation Award – Less than 10,000 Video Subscribers

Companies can nominate themselves, their suppliers, vendors or customers. To be eligible for nomination, the product or service must have been launched no earlier than last year’s TelcoTV event (held November 2009). Further qualifications and more information can be found in the online FAQ. To help make the submission process easier than ever, a sample submission form is also available online. Submissions will be judged by a panel of industry experts, including TelcoTV management, service providers, industry consultants, and editorial staff.
