KyLinTV is the first to roll-out ChongQing TV (CQTV) in North America, a channel devoted to bridging the ChongQing province in China to the rest of the world, as part of the largest selection of Chinese entertainment in North America: 26 live broadcast channels and a vast video library that offers subscribers more than 20,000 hours of choice.

CQTV, launched in October of 1998, broadcasts to 31 provinces and 500 regional cities in China with its 24 hour coverage. Other top-rated shows found on CQTV include "Talk After Watching," a law- related program investigating typical law cases and "Longmen Talk Show," an influential talk show featuring guests such as celebrities, social elites and even ordinary people to discuss hot topic issues that are important to them.

KyLinTV subscribers will have direct access to the most popular broadcasts from China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. In addition, KyLinTV will broadcast US Chinese channels with programs produced exclusively for North American consumers.
