Designed for the Agilent Triple Play Analyzer platform, this software empowers service providers and network equipment manufacturers to accelerate the development and deployment of AVS-based IPTV networks and ensure the acceptable Quality of Service.

AVS is one of the advanced audio/video coding standards for delivery of IPTV services developed by the AVS Workgroup of China. Service providers and manufacturers are faced with numerous network-related challenges including network element interoperability, proactive measurement of video media transport, service delivery optimization, ensuring Quality of Experience (such as video quality and channel zapping), and balancing IP network performance for real-time services.
