Espial has signed a reseller agreement with a major Network Equipment Vendor for its Evo IPTV Service Platform. According to the terms of the agreement, the NEV will resell Espial's Evo Service Platform to Telco and Cable operators within targeted regions in Europe. Evo IPTV Service Platform will be offered as part of a complete, turn-key IPTV solution for operators. The identity of the NEV is not disclosed due to confidentiality and competitive reasons.

The NEV set forth rigorous selection criteria that Espial met including delivery of a highly customizable user experience; platform openness to enable service customization and application extensibility; carrier grade attributes for reliability; highly flexible service and business management functions to ensure a smooth operational fit; and an innovative middleware architecture that lowers total cost of ownership. The NEV was able to fully assess the selection criteria through current customer deployments as well as from feedback from live reference visits to IPTV trials with major European operators. These references truly endorsed the product capabilities and robustness of the Evo IPTV Service Platform.
