IMAKE, provider of solutions and services that enable the seamless delivery and management of interactive and On Demand broadband services, announced that it will be demonstrating its OpenVision ^TM open standards-based software solutions at Alticast Booth 1.341 at the IBC Exhibition in Amsterdam. IBC is an internationally renowned event that showcases the latest technology in the areas of content creation, management and delivery.

IMAKE's OpenVision product suite features a comprehensive array of scalable, open standards-based software that supports Video On Demand (VOD) and Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) deployment. IMAKE will be demonstrating three open-architecture software solutions at Booth 1.341. These solutions include:

• IMAKE OpenVision Content Creator - enables metadata creation and the encoding and editing of content.
• IMAKE OpenVision Asset Manager - automates the management and distribution of On Demand and IPTV content.
• IMAKE's OpenVision Pitcher/Catcher - automates and optimizes content distribution through satellite or terrestrial networks.

In partnership with Alticast, IMAKE continues to bring best-in-breed, open-architecture solutions to IPTV and VOD deployment. In addition to being compatible with Alticast products, IMAKE's OpenVision suite is interoperable with navigation solutions, set-top box user interfaces, multiple DRM/CAS products, encoders/transcoders, and servers from a variety of other vendors, including SeaChange International, Inc., Motorola, Scientific-Atlanta, Inc., Concurrent, Harmonic, Inc., Widevine Technologies, Inc., Microsoft and Sun Microsystems, Inc.
