Speakers and Agenda Announced for APEM Summit 2007
Entertainment Asia Network, Inc. (EAN) has announced its agenda and list of confirmed speakers for the upcoming Asia Pacific Entertainment & Media (APEM) Summit 2007 to be held at Pacific Design Center in Los Angeles on October 17-18, 2007.
The two day executive-level conference is the most Asia-focused entertainment industry event for companies who look to do business and learn more about the film, TV, video game, mobile and Internet content industries in Asia, the fastest growing market in the world today. Industry veterans will discuss and analyze key issues from Asia’s entertainment industry that are affecting today’s global market and business strategies.
"Even by our conservative estimates, we forecast that even just the combined film markets of Asia, led mostly by China and India’s unprecedented growth, will overtake the U.S. market by sometime in 2020," said Alex Shin, CEO of Entertainment Asia Network. "We believe this is a direct indication that Asia will be the largest market for entertainment consumption in the world and this conference was organized to address the importance of profiting now from the region’s rapid growth."
APEM Summit 2007 will highlight some of the most significant issues facing the Asia entertainment industry today, with panel discussions and presentations including:
