For the true global sports connoisseur, FOX Soccer Plus also offers premium rugby from the Heineken Cup, the Aviva Premiership and the Magners League among other competitions.
"We're proud to bring FOX Soccer Plus HD to our lineup and to offer a free-view to U-verse TV soccer fans," said Dan York, president of content, AT&T. "This deal helps us with important strategic content initiatives and gives our U-verse TV customers access to even more exciting sports content." "We are excited to deliver our package of the world's most competitive soccer and rugby action to AT&T U-verse's base of dedicated fans," said David Nathanson, executive vice president and general manager of FOX Soccer Channel and FOX Soccer Plus. "Subscribers to the service will agree, FOX Soccer Plus in HD truly brings the best in international sports home."
AT&T U-verse TV includes many features that enhance the game-watching experience for soccer fans, including Total Home DVR, which lets you watch and manage recordings from a single DVR on any connected TV in the house; My Multiview, which lets you watch four of your favorite sports channels on your TV screen at one time; access to an extensive HD channel lineup with access to more than 155 HD channels and growing; picture-in-picture browse capability that lets you preview games on other channels; and the ability to follow your favorite sports teams through the AT&T U-bar.
