Latens FCAS solution has been deployed by Houston-based Optical Entertainment Network, the leading provider of IPTV and IP broadband services optimized for fiber-to-the-home and the first company to launch in a major market. Latens FCAS is protecting the revenues and content of the IPTV component of the FISION Triple Play Plus Services bundle, which is distributed to its customers through the FISION fiber to the home.

OEN has created FISION, the first and only integrated service for IPTV, Internet, Voice, Video-On-Demand and other broadband applications, designed specifically to take advantage of the benefits of FTTH technology. OEN has acquired programming agreements for IPTV distribution from top television networks in the US, Latin America, Europe, and South Asia including Chinese, Vietnamese and Korean channels with programming in 13 foreign languages.

In addition to featuring virtually all mainstream television networks such as Fox Cable Networks, Turner, Disney/ESPN, HBO, and Starz!, FISION’s programming line-up showcases new and innovative programming such as NFL Network, The Anime Network, MTV Urge, HDNet, HBO HD, The Africa Channel, BabyFirst TV, Southern Entertainment Television, GOL TV and Discovery Health. FISION will also deliver 55 channels of Hispanic TV programming, the most offered from any network in the US.
