KyLinTV debuted its "Basic Taiwan Package" with the addition of two ETTV channels of Taiwan. In addition to the 26 channels that make up KyLinTV's Basic Package, the new line-up offers 7 other popular channels: ET-Global, ET-News, STAR Chinese Channel, Asia Plus, Unique Satellite TV, Unique Business News and MAC TV.

The 33-channel package also includes: Sino TV, Sky Link TV, IAVC, Sun TV, MASTV, Jia Yu Channel and Hakka TV, Kunlun Drama and Yangtse Drama.

Yangtse Drama, aimed primarily at female viewers, focuses on such genres as romance, family programming, life-style programs and costume dramas, while Kunlun Drama features history, war, action and thriller themes, designed more for male audiences.

There are also programs drawn from KyLinTV's own abundant resources, such as the Kids Channel, Leisure Channel, Variety and its Oriental Education Channel.

ET-Global and ET-News, two flagship channels affiliated with ETTV of Taiwan, have won a huge following among overseas Chinese, especially those of Taiwanese origin. ET-Global features a wide range of popular shows, including traditional costume dramas, top-rated variety shows, continuing series, current affairs programs and local community news; ET-News provides breaking international and domestic news 365 days a year.
