mPhase Technologies, Inc. announced that it has formed an alliance with Tilgin to integrate its set top box technology with the mPhase TV+ System middleware that it markets to broadband operators as a pre-configured system to support interactive IPTV services.

mPhase Technologies, Inc. said it intends to communicate more frequently with investors as a way to enhance understanding of the company's three strategic areas -- IPTV, smart sensors, and nanobatteries.
