Interactive Online TV Program Allows Gamers to Tailor Show Content in Real Time

Streetcast TV announced their partnership with America One Television Network. Streetcast TV, considered by high-finance insiders to be the premier online financial news network, furthered their conquest of internet broadcasting through an agreement to stream American One's News programming on www.streetcast.tv. This new partnership will begin with American One's News broadcasting daily on Streetcast TV, using leading-edge encoding software to deliver the highest quality streaming available on the internet.

Thanks again to all users who have provided feedback regarding our detailed list of Internet TV stations. In our latest round of modifications and enhancements, we've completed some large tasks.

• New: Added a tabular format for our search criteria and help to reduce the amount of space required on the top of the page. This was done to help bring the actual Internet TV listing higher on the page and reduce the amount of scrolling required.
• New: Subject categories are the most widely selected criteria so we've made it simplier for users to select by displaying all the categories on the first tab. Users can still limit criteria further by clicking on the search tab.
• To increase usability of the Internet TV station page, we have reduced the amount of static content always displayed at the top. This content has moved to the help tab and on the right column of the page.
• In the News: In an exclusive event, the Swedish Match Tour TV station will be showing the final two days of the St. Moritz Match Race live on the Tour's broadband Internet channel this Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 20-21. Viewers can launch the Swedish Match Tour Internet TV channel and view the web site via our Internet TV listing.
• Several new countries have been added with related stations.
• We've added several new Internet TV stations to our existing categories and countries since our last update so be sure to check out the listing.

PNN - PrideNation Network, the world's first 24-hour gay IPTV network and #1 IP gay radio station in the U.S., announced the distribution and delivery methods for the new Proud Television Network. PNN-TV will officially change its TV name to Proud Television beginning September 15th, 2005. With this name change comes an all-new image, programming format and delivery method.

Enhanced, Upgraded Broadband Platform on NickJr.com Offers Parents and Preschoolers Exclusive Programming Content Via the Internet

A new version of Nick Jr. Video, designed for preschoolers, launches with upgraded video quality and new featured content on Aug. 16. Nick Jr. Video, available on NickJr.com, is a broadband video service that allows kids to watch short- and long-form programming online, in full-screen. Part of Nickelodeon Online's recently launched TurboNick platform, Nick Jr. Video is the latest multiplatform experience created to allow kids to access Nickelodeon, joining its existing Video on Demand offerings on cable, as well as ring tones and video clips that are available via wireless providers.

blinkx announced a content agreement with ROO, a leading online video broadcaster, to provide users with an even greater array of entertainment, news and other popular video content. Today's announcement adds yet more family-friendly content to blinkx.tv's growing index, making it the go-to site for a wide variety of footage.

Again, we've made a lot of changes to the Internet TV station listing that we're pleased to announce. The most prominent is that we now support sites utilizing Winamp as their only video player. Previously, we were unable to list them. With that being said, we are one of the only sites on the web that provides an Internet TV station listing spanning four different media players.

International Sports and Media Group, a diversified Sports and News Marketing and Communications firm, announced today it has secured the Internet and Text Messaging rights to the upcoming International Soccer match between Paraguay vs. El Salvador on August 17, 2005 in Paraguay (sted April 17, 2005).

This match will be held in Paraguay. National team matches are very exciting, hard fought matches and draw very large crowds and sponsors, and this game will be no exception.

XOS Technologies, the leading provider of sports technology solutions to professional and college teams, announced plans to launch College Sports Direct later this summer. College Sports Direct will be a college sports portal that delivers content across multiple platforms, including Internet, Video-on-Demand (VOD), digital cable, Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) and wireless. The portal, due to launch on August 8, will provide fans of college sports with streaming broadcasts of football, basketball and other sporting events.

Radium Ventures, Inc., a leader in Internet Protocol Television (IPTV), today announced that Interactive Television Networks, Inc. ("ITVN") has signed a licensing agreement with Academy Entertainment for the rights to over 1400 classic cinema titles featuring such stars as John Wayne, Buster Keaton, Charlie Chaplin and countless others. Based on this content, ITVN will launch the Silver Screen Network (SSN) in early September. The Silver Screen Network will offer its entire catalog of titles to subscribers for only $4.95 per month, with the first month free for existing ITVN subscribers. Because ITVN offers the flexibility and interactivity of the Internet, subscribers can receive Silver Screen titles programmed in channels, on demand by genre, actor or title, or by creating their own customized play lists to fit their viewing preferences.

• France has been added along with a number of French-speaking stations
• Major Fix: We became aware that if people using Internet Explorer have the check box "Show Friendly HTTP Errors" checked in their options, Windows Media streams beginning with the mms protocol (mms://) will show a DNS error when redirected. (joy) After several hours of pulling hair, we resolved the error by simply "not forwarding URLs beginning with mms://!" We apologize for all the Windows Media feeds that were not playing because of this weird scenario.
• The Legend will now properly hide and show in Firefox
• Fixed other alignment issues in Firefox such as the search box and navigation bar
• Several other countries will be added this week along with enhancing our current lineup

Now we would like to recommend two Internet TV stations that have impressed us.

• ManiaTV - Move over MTV and make room for ManiaTV. ManiaTV is working to bring back the music MTV started out playing but later gave up on.
• ROO TV - Wow. ROO claims they have over 4000 video clips and we have no reason not to believe them. Their entire web site is blended into the player for a really clean TV guide of sorts. You can watch video clips of music artists, news, sports, entertainment, video games, commercials, and much more.
